Georgia 60-Hour Broker Prelicense Course (Virtual/Zoom):

If you’re ready to elevate your license and open the door to brokerage leadership, this course is your essential first step. Our live Zoom format ensures you receive the required 60 hours of instruction while gaining the knowledge, business skills, and legal understanding every Georgia broker must master to pass the state exam on the first attempt.
What You’ll Learn:
This 60-hour course is fully approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) and taught by experienced instructors who bring both the textbook material and real-world brokerage practice to life.
You’ll develop a deep understanding of:
-Georgia License Law and GREC Rules
-Broker responsibilities and legal compliance
-Brokerage operations and management
-Trust accounts and recordkeeping
-Agency relationships and supervision
-Ethics, advertising, and risk management
-Contracts, disclosures, and transaction oversight
-Georgia Broker Licensing Requirements
To qualify for a Georgia Broker License, you must:
-Be at least 21 years old
-Hold a high school diploma or GED
-Have been actively licensed for 3 of the last 5 years
-Complete a 60-hour GREC-approved Broker Prelicense Course
-Pass the school final exam and state licensing exam (with a score of 75% or higher)
-Submit a criminal background report (GCIC) obtained within 60 days of license issuance
-Complete the Lawful Presence Verification form
If you have prior disciplinary actions or criminal convictions, GREC may require an additional review process. We will explain this during class.

🗓 Class Dates (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST):
February: 9, 11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 23, 25, 26
March: 2, 4, 5
📝 Final Exam:
March 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM (In-Person)
📍 Class Location: Virtual/Zoom
➡️ Note: Proper attire is required. Please avoid overly casual clothing such as tank tops, pajamas, or distracting apparel to maintain a professional learning environment.

Please note: Textbooks are non-refundable once received.
Refund Policy
No refunds are issued once class begins or if the student fails to attend the mandatory first session.
For cancellations prior to the first day, a $50 administrative fee and $55 book fee (if already issued) will be deducted.
If the course is canceled by the school, students may choose a 100% refund or transfer to another session.
Additional Details
Students will complete the Georgia Broker Exam Registration Form on the first day of class.
